M&W Financial enjoys an exclusive relationship with Guardian Oil & Gas, Inc. (established in 1996 as Mullins & White Energy, Inc.) to offer direct oil and gas investments to private individuals. Guardian Oil & Gas acquires geologically prospective oil and gas leases then partners with reputable operating companies to establish operating companies to establish new oil and gas programs. Only through M&W Financial do these investments become available to non-industry participants.

With growth came the need for greater capitalization and a separate broker-dealer firm dedicated to serving our investor-partners. M&W Financial was established in 2004 to fill these needs and to provide investors with the stability, transparency, and accountability only a registered broker-dealer can offer.
